PARK INFORMATION
Raging Waters San Jose, Northern California 's Largest Waterpark, offers 23-acres and millions of gallons of family fun and attractions, including the newest ride Dragon's Den. Raging Waters features thrilling high-speed slides, and family attractions like the 350,000-gallon Wave Pool and The Pirate's Cove- an interactive themed water fort. Raging Waters is located off Tully Road on the grounds of beautiful Lake Cunningham Regional Park in San Jose and is easily accessible from major highways.

Safety - Know Before You Go!
The Park offers a variety of water-based activities for all ages and all swim levels. Height restrictions are posted for all attractions and enforced. We strongly suggest that minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The parent/guardian is solely responsible for supervision of their minors. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors. The park cannot accept any responsibility for unattended minors. Children are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Only you know your own, your child's, or anyone you are supervising level of swimming skills. We strongly recommend all Guests under 48" or who are weak or non-swimmers wear Coast Guard approved lifejackets where appropriate. In the wave pool, all guests under 48" are REQUIRED to wear a lifejacket and be accompanied by an adult. We insist that parents keep their children within arms reach for their close supervision on all water activities. Life jackets are available free of charge throughout the park. When in doubt, wear a life jacket!
Diving is not permitted in any pool or attraction at the park.
Proper swimwear must be worn on all rides and attractions.
No street clothes and no bathing attire with buckles, belts, rivets, metal or cut-off jeans permitted. For guest safety, no masks, snorkels or swim fins please. See dress code below.

VIRGINIA GRAEME BAKER POOL AND SPA SAFETY ACT - On December 19th 2008 the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act went into effect. This new law requires VGB Compliant Pool Drain Grates. We are VGB Compliant but please note in some applications these grates have a raised profile off the floor as mandated by the Law.
Warning: Raised Grate - All of our raised grates have a red circle highlighting their location. They are designed to be stepped on but in shallow water situations they may pose a tripping hazard. |

Private Cabana Rentals
Prominently located right next to the wave pool, you will enjoy your own private shaded area for the entire day! Two regular chairs, two lounge chairs are included with each Cabana rental.

Credit Cards and ATM
Raging Waters, San Jose gladly accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at all ticketing booths, Beachcomber Gift Shop and at most food locations. If you need cash there is an ATM located inside the Beachcomber Gift Shop located at the front of the park.
Cash and Valuables Items
Believe it or not everyday we have guests who take their car keys with alarm pads for a swim. Many electronic keyless entries will not work after getting wet. So, please use our lockers for ALL your valuables, as we do not take responsibility for the loss of any of your valuables.
Prohibited Items
Raging Waters, San Jose is concerned about your safety. Therefore we do not allow any outside food or beverages or glass of any kind to be brought inside the waterpark. However, sealed plastic bottles of water are permitted. For your enjoyment we have a small picnic area located on the outside of the park on a first come, first serve basis. No weapons, knives or sharp objects are allowed on Raging Waters, San Jose property. We also do not allow any coolers or pets inside the park.
Dress Code and Code of Conduct
The following regulations apply to all for the safety of our guests and employees.
- Traditional swimwear is required on all attractions. To ensure a safe and enjoyable family environment, provocative or thong swimwear is not allowed.
- Long pants, cut-offs and swimwear with rivets, belts or metal ornaments are not permitted on any slides.
- Children in diapers and those being toilet trained must wear approved swim diapers in the water.
- Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, phrases, etc.
- There is no loitering, unruly behavior, profanity, vandalism or line cutting allowed.
- Raging Waters is a smoke free park. We ask any guests wanting to smoke to exit the park.
- For your safety, Raging Waters reserves the right to a physical inspection of any items carried in or out of the park.
Failure to comply with any of the above mentioned policies may result in ejection from the waterpark without a refund.

Useful Tips
The following information will help you and your family to have an enjoyable visit at Raging Waters, San Jose.
- Identify a designated meeting place for those in your party if you become separated. The plaza fountain at the front of the park is a great meeting place.
- Be sure to apply water resistant sunscreen several times throughout the day and wear a t-shirt to help avoid sunburns.
- Parents with infants: We are extremely concerned about possible glass breakage in our park. Therefore, plastic bottles and containers are available at Guest Services free of charge for your baby's needs. Also, children who wear diapers are required to wear an approved swim diaper for health and safety reasons.
- While visiting Raging Waters children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
- To maximize your enjoyment, arrive early. Park opens at 10:30 AM on all operating days.
- Try to plan your meals before 11:30 AM or after 1:30 PM . Make a plan and agree on a meeting place and time throughout your day. This will be extremely helpful should you get separated from your group, as we cannot provide personal paging.
- Safety signage is located through out the park. Please familiarize yourself with an attraction before you use it.
- Tubes are provided for all slides that require a tube.
- All day Locker Rentals are available inside the park. Pay-per-use lockers are available outside the park.
- Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided throughout the park for free, however they are available on a first come, first serve basis. The park also provides plenty of natural shade, but you are welcome to bring your own chair and umbrella if you prefer.
